Download Stopped

So recently i started downloading the game, but sometimes mid download a error appears which requires me to restart the launcher, so then it starts from the point it left off in, for example, it needed to download 2 Gb, I had downloaded 1 gb, when i would restart the downloader, it would tell me that i needed to download 1gb, it was working well, till it reached 24.8Mb needed to download, whenever i start downloading, its stuck on 8.8mb, and won't move, the disk which I'm downloading it in still has 15 gb free, which is more than enough, any ideas?
