faction chat on cardinal gates on eu crimson is hijacked by spammers since last night.and why dont you increase block list to 99999999999999999999999999999999 so we can keep blocking while you guys sit on your comfy chairs or wherever and dont do jackshi8.hiring a gm for each server is that asking too much?:/

I understand this is a huge problem for everyone and not just me.  And I also understand and appreciate that NC/B&S teams are doing everything they can to address the issue.  BUT I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE.  From the second I log on, to the last few minutes of the night, all I see is endless gold spam everywhere.  Faction chat, Regional chat, even Dungeon and Party finder chats.  Socialising in mmos is a big part for me, I like finding allies and interacting with players in the world.  But myself and everyone else just cannot do that in these conditions.

 

Blocking and reporting doesn't even work!!  They come in the droves and they seem endless no matter how many spammers I block, they just keep coming 24/7.  It's driving me to the point where I cannot even interact with anyone without having to turn the effected chats off, and I don't want to do that because I like talking with my Faction.  But with that said the endless gold spam problem is getting majorly out of control to the point where its driving me to consider quitting the game altogether, and I don't want to do that because I really like this game!

 

With the greatest respect, please fix this issue soon.  Up the block limit, set higher chat level requirements, add an anti-spam filter, add a account-character limit, add a account-character re-roll timer.  ANYTHING to stop the spam fest.  Please and thank you!

You can make your own tab on chat you know so you can remove the useless things. I only have faction chat + party/nearby chat on. A spammer comes in every hour or two, and you only have to click a few buttons to report/block. You can remove the old spammers that are blocked in your block list to create room since most of them are banned/gone anyways

Every hour?
Gotta block 5 spammers and new ones come every 2-3 mins on faction chat.

Region, LFG etc are disabled because spam makes my eyes bleed.

First thing they should do is make infinite block list and then work on solution that will rekt those bots once and for all.

My faction chat only gets one every hour or so. Regional is harder due to the fact that is the cross-server chat I believe so it would obviously be a lot there

What server are you playing on where you only have one spammer in faction an hour? My block list has already filled up and i've been on around 30 minutes and already given up on trying to block them all

Level 10 restriction doesn't  even work, many of them are level 5 or so.
