Launcher password with " " (space)

I've put this on the ticket, and the support return this link as the answer, i dunno if this on wrong place to put this one, oh well.

 

Okay lets start,

I have put password on the NCSOFT account with space.. but the launcher DOESNT ALLOW space to be inputted, so i wonder if the dev or someone on the "background" at least not the support one.. not put the infos about not to put space on the password. So to speak i was confuse at first and do about 3 times changing password within 5 min because of not knowing that..
