Cant Invite Anyone To New Clan

Hello. I recently started a new clan on the Soha server by the name of ShaoLinDragons. I have attempted to recruit players that are friends and in the same faction and am met with the verbal message "you must meet the required permissions" WTH?? O_O this is extremely nerve racking as this is the first MMO I've gotten into early enough to actually start a relevant clan/guild. 

 

I am the Clan Leader.

The person being invited is Crimson Legion Faction as am I and the clan.

The people I am inviting are on the same server.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!
