Quest labelled "Water, Water Everywhere"

 

From Sani Dani in Shadestone (Scorching Sands) is bugged, able to accept but shows as completed immediately but cannot turn in for reward. (Link to images not working so I cannot post it). Have tried rebooting game/reaccepting quest etc/killing mobs anyway but nothing works, should be fixed.
