Error 01005,is normal issue? nclauncher doesnt work :(

Error 01005 is a normal issue? Help pls, each time i  disconnect from the server i have problems with the ncsoft launcher,  doesnt work :(

Try this:

1-  Go to "Network and Sharing Center".
2- Click on "Change adapter settings"

3- Right click on "Ethernet (if you're using cable)" or "Wi-Fi (if you're using Wireless connection).

4- Double click on "Internet protocol 4" a window will appear.

5- Click on "Advanced".
6- Click on "DNS" tap.

7- Add the DNS.

8- Save settings.

9- Repeat steps 4,5,6,7,8 for "Internet protocol 6"

DNS:
IP4: 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
IP6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 or 2001:4860:4860::8844
