Grabbed by dark circle, can't do anything, die?

Is it just a high level player using some skill?

 

I'm not sure, I think something near my level is doing that to me and killing me while I can't do anything.

 

Is here a way to get out of it?

 

I notice there is something that stuns me that gives me a 1 option that cools down fast but doesn't seem to really do anything or let me escape.
