Disconnected from server

Almost every time I enter a new map that has a loading screen on it, I get disconnected, I was looking through other forums and people have the same problem yet no solutions. If you say restart your computer i've done that, i've also done repair files and, with that one post: https://www.reddit.com/r/bladeandsoul/comments/41qvoj/psa_disconnected_from_server_fix/. I've also downloaded that. Their is no maintenance going on right now. So someone help out

its the: disconnected from server. (1000) and it always happens while i'm in the loading screens

What if i can't do the vpn, cause i have a wireless internet, and i can't connect to my router because the cord doesn't reach
