Fireball Totally Broken

So this bug seems to be working for any mage or npc for that matter. I am in Jadestone Village I believe when the boss appears, this lady does one fireball and if you don't block you die     instantly. Nor can you run while being chased by mages or dodge either due to it homing on your position. What can be done at all. Mages in general are way over powered. Over 5 thousand damage per second in constant spam while running backwards or chasing. It is to the point one just gives up and log out ( or is it just me). I am using the outfit to kill guards by making the leader appear for his item called insignia x20 for an outfit with flames on the arm and legs. Furthermore being killed by other player(s) while on this quest is another topic.

Not sure about the whole fireball thing but if you don't want to be attacked by other players, take off your faction pvp outfit.

Where is the location for NCsoft games screen shots, I can't seem to find my BnS pictures at all.
