Kicked to character selection from dungeon finder

When using dungeon finder, just as the party was assembled and the we were about to enter the dungeon "lobby" room I was kicked to character selection screen, and greeted by the nice queue. Here is another thread were several people report the same bug:

We also got kicked after trying to enter tomb of exile by cross server. Problem is entering with cross server dungeons only.

Same thing happened to me this evening.  Twice I got a group for narrows. Both times I was kicked back to character select.
