Side Mission Problems pls help?

everytime I logout and log in again the next day , all the side missions that I made the day before are there again, but the main missions are saved?

 

Does anyone know a solution? I'm slowly annoyed... I've done already 4 times the side missions.

 

BTW: it's always the same side missions which reset..just a couple of missions not all..but always the same..
