Nothing happens after pincode

I log into the game, enter my pincode and all i see is the bns logo(the background animation and music still play)

anyone know what to do?

Same im having this issue too. Works fine when i switch to NA but not on EUW :/

Same issue here for Europe. While I am talking with a friend of mine (neighbor) and he is logged in. We are on the same Internet Provider... help pls

I saw this on another post but i tried it and it worked for me: Deleted the xml file under documents/bns/ncwest and then logged in and got past the pincode. not sure if thats what actually fixed it though but i got in

file repair doesnt work, this does tho, thanks for the fix
