Mouse is unlocked

My mouse is unlocked even when not in esc or alt and I can't move from side to side. I can still strafe and walk forward back but cant turn. When holding down LMB the cursor goes away and i can move the camera around but still cant move side to side

Press Esc and go to options and in Game Settings select the Blade and Soul Mode, the most top one, you most likely have classical mode on in which doesn't lock your mouse but you need to hold your right click to move the mouse~ Not sure if there are other modes too, didn't look~
But the default is Blade and Soul Mode for Camera and Control, choose one which works best for you and you like the best~
