Truly full screen?

Hello everyone first sorry for my bad english. anyway im wondering if theres a true full screen option for blade and soul?? because it seems whenever i choose the full window option from the settings the game just goes into borderless or full window mode..any help? i tried ALT+ENTER and it didn't help at all.

EDIT: tried spamming ALT+ENTER and it worked..

I would also suggest checking my thread out, at least the first post the solution (the edited part). I had pretty much the same problem with the game.
