Game crash / Got stuck!

Good morning!

 

I've got stuck since yesterday. The game crashed as soon as I reached a town. Since then, every time I log in, loading screen lasts forever until it crashes at last. Is this any way my character gets unstuck from this place? I think maybe it's an in-game bug on that point of map. (I had no problems before)

Does this happen with any town or a particular one? And do you experience a big FPS Drop rate within the area? If so it's most likely a technical Server issue. That being said, i have noticed a difference with performance from windowed mode to the default full-screen. If you're using windowed mode, try the normal Full-screen, windowed mode will generally use more power.

I can't tell cause I got crashed and never entered again since then... :/

I always use Full-screen mode!

 

It's like my player got stuck on that specific place in game...it happens for the first time! As soon as I got through the portal to this town, I walked a few steps and then got crash...after that I couldn't play anymore with that player. I'll create a new one just to ensure that it's the player/place that's stuck and not the game generally.

I have been experiencing some game crashing in particular areas also. However that was to do with Razer SDK Services thanks to Diacor's forum post. What are you running on the system? And what solutions have you tried? Give as much information as possible so everyone is aware and can possibly help! :)

I already created a new character and I entered the game without a problem so I guess there's a problem with the area where my other character is.

I got Windows x64, I meet the requirements of the game!

I'll check that post, could you link it?

Sure, i re-posted the issues in one big post for people to check out. It covers various bugs and solutions. 

 

And yes, the game itself seems to be having many Technical issues so I'm sure NCSOFT are pulling their hair out finding a fix :P

I still haven't found any solution. I can play with my new character normally while my other one is still "stuck". I guess I need just an unstuck to get away from this area and be able to play with that character again...
