can some1 tell me what to do?

i login the launcher..and start click play..but my launcer still there and downloading something but i duno what it download..becoz the remain time was 1 min and more than 1h still not enter the game ..same happen again for few day already.i uninstall and reinstall back still same ..any idea to solve this problem ?

Is it a new client and not a CBT client?
