massive delay ingame

I searched everywhere for a solution but found none, i login the game so normally, choose my char, go into queue, then login, the character is there, but no command at all working, except running, i see the chat going on and on, but i can't do anything myself, i sent whisper too ppl and it arrive to them, and i cant even see that it arrived myself, its like im mentally working physically forzen, i tried everything u can imagine, nothing works, any help pls?

I wana add that the game works normally if i made a new char, until i meet the trainer to run, then everything goes slower and slower, until it stops
