Downloading 99% Stuck

My launcher keeps downloading the freaking update. It is stuck in 99% how do I fix this?

I moved this post out of General and into Bug Reports since this appears to be a bug. Have you tried restarting it and/or restarting your computer?

I had a issue similar to this, you can click repair again, and keep restarting the launcher.

If all fails, uninstall the launcher and reinstall it.

Oh, I'm sorry. I did restart my computer several times now including my internet modem.

Repair is unavailable when it is downloading. look at the picture, the repair button is grayed out

With restarts not working, you may have a third party app that's preventing you from completing the repair. Please take a look here: https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us/articles/207196666-My-game-is-crashing-freezing. It could be anything from a virus software to even a Razer or Asus service. If closing any outlying 3rd party program doesn't work, we'll need you to put in a Support Ticket.

I stopped the download to repair the files. But still it didn't work

Hi Velskud, did you look for any third party programs that may be running (like anti-virus software, etc.?). I put some more info in the above post.

I did the msconfig solution but still it didn't work, using that solution will disable everything except the windows things right?. and I only use malwarebytes and windows defender

The mcconfig seems to be an "answer" for many issues if you sent a ticket.

I would recommend waiting or re starting the complete download.

I heard someone used the Aion Launcher to start blade and soul.

Please upload a screenshot for me, Is the error code E02019?
