Player Model Vanishing

I seem to have the unique problem of having my player model go completely invisible when i load into areas occasionally, i receive no error code, the camera simply becomes stuck in first person mode and if i sprint  can see particle and aura effects around where the model should be but the model is simply not there, this happened once a few days after launch but has become more and more frequent, any help would b appreciated due to the extreme difficulty ofplaying in first person mode.
