Lost connection to server but my account is still logged in????

I wasn't lagging or anything, and I was suddenly disconnected from the server and now I can't log back in. Please fix this AND the wait times to log into the game itself. Its not exactly fair that I'm kicked every other 10 minutes and have to wait AGAIN just to log back in.

it happen with me as well :/ 

in this game and with TERA , the problem is our internet connection

Sometimes the internet mix with server lag doesnt fully register someone logging out the game. Trying again always fixes it.

Yes this is what happens sometimes. Please try again in the next ten minutes. We're still working on ways to improve queue and wait times, which will likely get better over time.
