Loading screen crash

Hello,

Every time I try to login, after I pick my character and press the connect button. My game goes to loading screen and after few seconds it crashes(Not responding).

I have tried many fixes but yet found one that works. If anyone knows that problem and has a solution I'll be glad to hear it.
