Friend Request is bugged

I deleted my friend from my friends list and tried to add them back. I can't because they still have me added somehow and they cannot delete me from their list using the delete option. whenever I try to send them a new friend request they receive a notification that they cannot remove even after re-logging wether they click accept or decline. Deleting the character is useless because the friends list is account bound not character bound.

I have the same problem , hope it gets fixed soon enough.
