Hongmoon Necklace Stage 10 breakthrough to Awakened Blight Necklace Stage 1?

I want to know if this is correct.  I thought I had accidentally used up my Hongmoon necklace as an upgrade ingredient so I decided to bite the bullet and make a new one.. only to see it say the same thing.  Is this intentional or a bug?  Because the earring and the ring do not say the same thing after getting to stage 10.

If i understand what your saying then yes that is correct.

You can't accidently use them don't worry. This version of BnS you can only upgrade your Hongmoon equips pretty much, all the other equips don't have the ability to be upgraded.

make sure the items are equipped, then you'll never use it as fodder.
