What do I do with off-class Blight Weapons?

Do I salvage them? It doesn't look like I can sell them on market.

You can also use them to upgrade your weapon, once you've finished the breakthrough. They're unsellable.

I have done the dungeon three times  and still haven't gotten the  weapon I need for the transformation

Tip: Press F8 to go to dungeon server (aftere finishing the dungeon) and announce (Region) to trade with someone who has yours for the weapon you have for this person's character.

I thought they were untradeable?

They are if you unseal them, there's no problem trading sealed items.

u cannot trade purple weapons, they bind to u, only blue and green u can trade

Also later it costs gold and soulstones to use purple as offering material so it is better to salvage them or just sell to NPC. From salvaging you will get dust which can be used to transmute those offering/upgrade stones but it also needs soulstones.

^ This is untrue, you can trade purple weapons as long as they are unsealed and the person who you are trading with is from your server.  I've done it multiple times.
