Finished downloading.... but apparently not

It worked for a bit, but when I closed out of the game and tried to reopen it, it's just stuck at this "Downloading repair files" screen on the Launcher.  Any idea why this is happening/how to fix it?

Nvm it worked, random as hell though, it just works whenever it wants to lol
