Game Crashing

I had no problems with the game when I played it during CBT 4, but when it came out live I couldn't get in game. I had no problems creating a character, however when I clicked play game it led me to the loading screen, the bar would get around half way before it crashed. I don't think that my laptop can't run the game, because it did just fine during the closed beta, so I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem as me. I am going to uninstall it and reinstall it, but I'm not sure whether or not that will work.
