MI Pc LOW FPS ( Intel i7) HELP!

Hi guys, I need help with running my pc (notebook)
The game runs me a 5 fps 13 fps maximum that might be failing?
I have a sony vaio SVS15125PLB.
These are the components of my pc

 

_ Intel Core i7-3520M 2.90 GHz CPU / Turbo Boost up to 3.60GHz, Intel HM76
Express Chipset
_ Ram Memory: 8 GB
_ Windows 8/64 bits
_ Video card : 

Integrated: Intel HD Graphics 4000.
External: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE GPU, 1GB

Hello mate,

i checked the benchmark of your CPU and graphic card

as u can see it's not a pc to turn at 60fps and not a good pc for video games maybe for university working or somthin but not for games cuz of the graphic card
+ maybe u don't charge ur pc when u play that nerf ur pc to econom mod
