Any other solutions for disconnection (1000)?

I tried uninstalling Avast then installing Avira, flushing my DNS, setting my host files to read only, Google DNS, and pretty much everything else... I was playing fine before that without any issues until the game crash yesterday. I only d/c when I fight stuff, if I stand still and literally do nothing, I'll be fine for quite a while. Settings the graphics to lowest didn't do anything, and again... I was playing perfectly fine with no issues before January 23rd.

Edit: Just re-installed the game. Didn't do jack. I have google fiber.
