hi i have Saturday nc coins purchased for 20 € and got paid with the paysafecard gone off but I did not get nc coins

Also there was an error when I was forwarded by the PSC back to the shop who was error HTTP Status 404 - /view/adyen/execute.jsp

ticket has been about 30 hours open
