Lost Tyrian Cultist Uniform

I just fought someone wearing the Stratus Empire Uniform and when I died, instead of taking off my uniform, it completely disappeared. I checked my vault and inventory multiple times and still can't find it. Does anyone know what happened or how I could get it back?

I believe you get it as a random drop from defeating Tyrian Cultists.
