Not Respawning: Tutorial Zone

If you walk off the edge after accepting your first quest in the game. You'll be stuck without re-spawning. As you can see below. 

 

Edit 1: Reloaded into game, still stuck. Cannot respawn. 

Edit 2: Only solution is to remake character.
