Gameclient Freezing

Hey everyone,

 

I've been running into this problem with my computer while playing Blade & Soul as of late.

 

Basically what happens is that my computer randomly freezes while playing BnS. It entirely freezes, my mouse doesn't respond nor does my keyboard. I can't go into my Windows Task Manager either.

 

Once this happens, all I can do is manually reboot my computer by holding down the powerbutton. This happened to me twice over the weekend so far and once during head start.

 

Did anyone else experience this problem too or does anyone know how to resolve it? It also doesn't help having to relog back in because of this freeze. With the current premium and non-premium queue being over 1 hour, it's annoying to say the least.

 

Any tip/feedback is welcome, thanks in advance for taking the time to read this!

 

Note: I'm not using any Razer / Asus products. I have a stock logitech mouse/ HP keyboard.
