fps problem gtx 970 / i5 3570k

i'm having big fps drops with my specs.
When i'm all alone i get 80 fps but even when 1 person comes on my screen it drops to 45 fps and in towns it goes to 30 fps thats really low for my specs right? and dungoens are even worse...

The game is extremely poorly optimized.  You aren't the only one.  Many others with similar or better builds are lagging as well.  It seems to affect both Intel and AMD, Nvidia and Radeon, so no one knows what exact hardware the game dislikes so much.  Older machines seems to run it better, but honestly it seems like a luck of the draw at this point.  

 

Installing it on an SSD doesn't seem to matter as well.

i kinda see people with gtx 970 with a i5 on youtube with stable 60 fps all time on max on youtube..

I have and GTX 970 and i5 4690K and I'm experience the same thing. Optimization sucks lol.

will they be able to fix this cause i'm not going to play or pay sub for it if it stays like this
