Forum Bug?

This is a small bug but still a little annoying. When I made my account I most certainly did not make the display name a bunch of numbers, but for some reason that is what ended up happening. That in it self isn't really the issue, the issue is that for some reasons I don't have permissions to edit my own account settings. Whenever I try it gives me the message "You are not allowed to edit this profile".

have you tried to change it from the ncsoft main site?

I tried, but it already shows the correct name on the NCSoft site.

I'm having the same issue. My display name is just a bunch of numbers and I can't edit my own profile. 

 Hopefully it gets fixed relatively soon.

Hoping to get more people with this problem to speak up so we can get it fixed. Again its not a huge deal but seeing as how its not actually connected to the game I imagine there is a different staff team specifically for the official forums.

Still nothing on this? I am honestly surprised that it hasn't been fixed yet. Being forced to post with a string of numbers is really annoying.
