Game "crash" during Queue

HELLO ! "DEAR" NCSoft. Today I was playing the game and the server just STOPPED. No It's not from my internet. I tried to enter and there was a Queue with 800 players. After a while of waiting and wasting time of my life I was 300 in the Queue and the game just turned off. The white screen with Blade and Soul logo on it. I was like OK.. np I will try again. Ok I did it after 1 min and there was 1,200 players Queue. And I start to wait. I was 70 in Queue this time and THE *cricket*ING SAME SHIT HAPPENED. The white screen with the Blade and Soul logo and my game turned off. Please fix your *cricket*ING GAME. THANK YOU
