What is going on with EU servers

What is going on with EU servers i cant just log in.. staying in lobby and waiting for queue and after a while(arround 20 mins) im getting disconnected with messege "Disconnected from the server (300)"

Well im also now waiting queue... lets see if i will get the same message.

OMG... finally im in, after 3 fails and 2 hours waiting lol
