Tradable items

Hi guys,

 

i have a question for you. How does it work tradable items? I mean, where can i find tradable weapon such "master infernal ..." ? The "master" prefix is only because its crafted ( if its possible) or because its the tradable version?

 

I am asking that because as far as i know you can have only untradable weapon from chests. This question is valid for all other items too.
