Camera Zoom Bug?

When I scroll in to look at a character or item, I can no longer scroll back out. It remains in first person mode until I exit and relog. You can image with the queue, how frustrating this can be. It has happened on several occasions. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's happened to me on several occasions, at least once a day.  Costs me a f'ing arena match every single time too.
