Missing Kung Fu Master ability

Hi, I can't find an ability I had during beta!! I'm going crazy...

I don't remember the name, but I'm pretty sure it was on F. You were able to use it on knocked down enemies and basically it was punch where you jump and slam the ground with your fist.

A video I found to prove myself I'm not crazy: 

 

 

In my abilities tree I miss that last one icon on F, the red one (the third one too, but I dan't it during beta, at least)

Is there a specific path to unlock it?
