Game keeps crashing. Event ID:1000, task category (100)

My darn game keeps crashing sometimes not for hours and sometimes every 5 minutes. I do have a razer naga mouse but I make sure that none of the razer programs listed in other topics are running in the background. I have windows 10 and when I google the error that I am getting I can't seem to find an answer as to how to fix it or what the problem even is.

I forgot to say that it is mostly in game that it crashes not during log in, etc. although there have been a few times that I was waiting in queue and the game crashed and I was sent back to the end of the line.
