Game crashes after entering a new zone

So EVERY TIME I enter a new zone, the game crashes. I looked for a fix on the internet but apparently a lot of people got this problem and nobody's helpins us, neither players nor the support himself. I'm starting to think I shouldn't have bought a membership cuz I can't play cuz of this bug... So, like all of the others, I need help. Do you need more information? Then please answer.
