Dungeon lobby Bug

Hi Guys ! 
Game work Fine in open world BUT when i tried to do some Dungeons , so i went to dungeon lobby 

Search members party work , loading screen work , when i inside dungeon work for 8 sec or 7 

AND ALL things stop Expect ME !! idk what mean of that ?
some Information 
Server : Cardinal Gate  

[Unseen]

Maybe your connection cant handle that or the Server cant handle your Connection.
That's the real question here.

i'm playing in this server since 19/1 
i'm lvl 37 now ? i did many dungeons many 
and i did these dungeons i got stuck it before , how now ? my connection can't handle that or Server 
i think we should think about other > ( the Server can't handle your connection )
i got this error after game Crash yesterday
