HELP NO OUTPUT DEVICE AND CAN'T REINSTALL

i'm having trouble trying to get blade and soul to detect my output device, i've tried everything even support's method in trying to get it work and all other sounds are work fine with everything else. Also, when i try to uninstall, i get error 1321 it says something about unable to modify OPENAL32.dll
