CC-centric Class?

I always love to play a CC-centric character.  I have heard that Destroyer has the most CC skills.  But how about others: like Blade Master and Kung Fu Master?  They seems to have a decent number of CC skills.

The information displayed for the descriptions of classes can be quite misleading. FM is probably the class with the least amount of CC, BM have all double CC skills but will have to sacrifice alot of DPS skill in order to use all CC. Sins have all double CC as well but most need to meet specific requirements before use (ie need to be in cloak to use stun etc.) KM have all double CC as well and sacrifice small-mid DPS skills. Blade Dancers and Summoners can use all double CC while not affecting DPS much. Despite what the official descriptions about the Destroyer it actually cant provide all double CC ( Groggy/Weaken require the skill F to crit before proc).

 

All in all if you want a class that excels in CC while not affecting its ability to dish out damage Destroyer is the class to pick because most of its control skills do not have alternate paths for high damage, while other classes can still CC at the expense of DPS

If I set aside the DPS concern for now, BM and KFM are the two most CC-able classes.  Am I right?
