Can not download file

i can not update by the launcher and it says can not download file. anyone can help me to solute this problems or send me full game in media fire or torrent. thks for your help

First off, make sure to look through the forum (the first few pages) to see if anyone else had asked this question. 

 

There are a number of other players who are having this same (well rather had this same) issue, for many of them redownloading the launcher helped them out. Here you go:

Make sure to restart the computer after, then run the repair tool if needed on the launcher.

E03001 an error has occurred

This is a copy and paste straight from the support site:

 

If you are getting the error E03001 you may be trying to run the launcher from the NCLauncher.exe file instead of the shortcut.

 

Please try running the launcher from the shortcut that is located on your desktop, your Start menu or the shortcut in your BnS folder.

 

This should resolve this issue.

I am getting the e03001 error as well but I do not have the Launcher on my desktop or in my start menu, I did tell the installer to make a shortcut on my desktop so i'm not sure why there isn't one there?

try reinstalling NCSoft Lite Installer again..

hm just ran through BnS Lite Installer, i don't have an ncsoft or ncwest folder in my programfilesx86 at all or on desktop

i have the NC West folder but not the NC Soft, even though i've downloaded and installed the BnS Installer...i think that's why it isn't working bc I don't have a game to install, the installer on the BnS Website isn't adding an ncsoft folder for me for some reason.

Try again and make sure from this..
Do you have Anti-Virus? it might be the cause..

Yeah I use Komodo antivirus program, but i've disabled it all day trying to get this installer to run.  Not sure what the issue is, been working on it all day, i will have to troubleshoot all day tomarrow too i guess >.<

This version of Blade and Soul the NA and EU game files should run through the NC West file. I played the Chinese and Korean versions and those should run through the NCSoft folder.

As for that error, that is server related. Nothing you’re doing wrong. When the server crashes we all get that error. Basically means you have to wait till the server goes back up.

tried to run it this morning and got the same error on here. It is in the NCWest folder, just checked again. Any ideas what could still be causing this? Appreciate the help so far.. maybe I need to put in a ticket?

Also this message is displayed when the servers are down and when your trying to launch the game. Usually you get this as soon as you open the game launcher. It will usually fix it self when the server is back online.

i installed blade and soul, but it did not put a launcher onto the desktop - strangely enough.. but when I went into the folder, I was able to tell it to make a shortcut, however it does not say Blade and Soul. It says "NC Launcher" instead. I feel like this is part of the problem? But how is this happening. The installation went fine, but what would make it not show up onto desktop like this?

 

I only have NCWest folder. No blade and soul or NC Soft folders.

It was weird that it didn't make any shortcuts in start menu or desktop. I'm also attaching an image of the icon I'm trying to use to launch this.

Gluxdator  thank you so  much for posting!!! I was able to download the game because of you. Not sure if it will launch after the install but at least I made progress in trying to get the game.

  I can't seem to find any options during the launcher install that creates a shortcut, so I did it manually by finding the launcher in the NSWest folder and making a shortcut, but that didn't work. Another thing: I did get a BnS shortcut created through the install wizard, and it does seem to run the launcher and start the installation. Is that right? Sadly the 018 error pops up next.
