Problem buying Ncoin

So, in-game I was able to buy 800 Ncoin. Good, one purchase of 400 and I can get premium and maybe log in for the first time this week since every time I try to play there's a 2-hour long queue. Tried to pay for the 400 coin one, the client denied my card twice. So I went to the main site and my purchase went through, but now it's not showing up anywhere. It's definitely charged, I'm looking at it on my bank statement right now, but it isn't showing up on this site. When will my coins show up?

Twelve hours later, the charge has now gone from pending to paid and I still don't have my coins.

It has been three days now. I've emailed support and gotten nothing in return. I've called their phone number and it's nothing but an answering machine. I guess NCsoft just doesn't want people to play their game?
