Connecting to Taiwan

I'm from Australia and was wondering if i could download the game here, and then select the Taiwanese server?

 

Or do i have to download the game from somewhere else?

There, Taiwan got own BnS running so you have to DL that if you want to play in Taiwanese server. Hope you can read Chinese..
