GameGuard is bugged

Randomly while playing (there is no specific time when) the game will crash due to gameguard and we will get the error (4049)

 

The only way to fix this is to go into the NCSoft folder and delete the gameguard folder entirely and restart the game. I'm not the only one having this problem, and this is a HUGE issue and has interrupted lots of important dung/pvp matches.
