Last Survey (22)

Hey,

So I got to level 45 and completed the last survey. After answering all of the questions, the rewards pop up with the buttons "Confirm" and "Cancel", but the Confirm button is grayed out. So I cannot get the rewards. I have a feeling it has to do with the fact that I hit 45 during the server was "down" and completed the survey then too. I don't remember if I actually acquired the rewards that time or not (I was super sleepy), but no matter, when I got back to play again after the server was back up, my character was level 44 again and I had to hit 45 again (and of course there was no rewards from that survey in my inventory). I think this is a bug related to the server going down, so can someone look into this and solve the problem for me?
