Well it's mid day in NA now and since it's a weekend everyone is playing right now. Also, Mushin is by far the most overstuffed server in the game so there you go.

 

If you want to play on the most crowded server in the game during the first week of launch you have to get in early.

Those things to pay for aren't even needed. They're there to help minimize the inconvenience brought about the release. Servers are down? Find some other thing to do/play.

 

Although I'd have to wonder if there would even be a bit of freebies due to this.

As for the OP: you need premium membership to skip the queues. That's not a secret. Your founder priviledges expired when the game went live. You will have titles to show for it, which is exactly what was advertised.

That top part made me laugh.

 

Anyways, he should still have premium since he's a founder. It comes with the pack after the game officially launched onto Headstart.

He's only experiencing a queue still because now everyone else is also buying premium to skip ahead but it's only a 20~30min wait at max.

He/everyone else just needs to be patient when waiting in the queue with it being that short compared to non-premium peeps.

First and foremost, if someone tells you, buy this membership and you will be first in line, and you end up waiting in line just as long as those who did not purchase this membership, well I would be pretty upset. I have some friends with membership they still have to wait , not too much just like 2-10 minutes max but is waiting. I dont have membership just founder though it would be similar at the start but nope aparently are 2 Different "packs" thats why i said hey 1 free membership month would be bad but now i really dont care Was to hyped thats why my first comment might have not been the best hahaha I just wanna play instantly the hype powa!

Maybe. Most MMO I play do 2x exp and drops for a couple of hours. Or part of items needed to have one good item of that game.

Sorry, but this is normal for all big MMO titles. WoW even had a horrible queue at launch years and years ago, and they still have queues every once in a while when they release a new expansion pack. 

It's not paying to avoid anything. It's more like paying the developers and NCSoft for even releasing the game for you in the first place, and for all of the work they are doing and will be doing for us.

I'll list of things that I'm pretty sure you can't really do to the game nor anything to get them in trouble.

1. It was either your money or your parents'/friends' money, it was your responsibility to either trust the site/game for the usage of a gaming premium access
2. I doubt it's refundable, this isn't a department or grocery/business store that allows refund

Or any of the information given by others. It also depends on the server and how many players are in quere.

The game is easy enough not to need x2 exp/drops though. Especially since most items are on a 100% drop rate (boxes are a bit of a gamble though but an item is better than no item). A Brilliant Key would be nice though that's just me being greedy. /).(\
